Just popping in after an extra sweaty workout to give you a few of my Friday Favorites for the week!
If you follow me on Instagram, you have probably seen me post pictures of kombucha and I just have to tell you how much I LOVE it. I drink it several times a week! Anything that provides serious health benefits without having to take a supplement is definitely worth it to me! Being fermented, it contains probiotics, enzymes and beneficial acids that aid in digestion. Additionally, it is high in glucaric acid, which helps detoxify and support the liver. Lastly, it is chock full of antioxidants that help support the immune system. Other health benefits include improving pancreas function, killing candida (yeast) and aiding in weight loss. My favorite is GT’s kombucha in Multi-Greens and Synergy. You can also make your own kombucha at home, which I have yet to try but am dying to do!!
